① 实现逻辑

Host 半边为空 `apply()`，行为在浏览器侧（src/index.ts:3）。Client 入口把生成的 speech Remote contribution 经 `ctx.remote.$mount` 挂载为实验命名空间，然后注册 UI（src/client/index.ts:13-14、src/client/mount.ts:60-65）：locale 字典、录音集合生命周期、readiness 观察、composer `conversation.input.activity` 的 VoiceInput 槽，以及 voice-input bundle 的配置/激活槽（src/client/mount.ts:19-51）。动作层把 transcribe/configure/prepare 委派给 `ctx.remote.speech`（src/client/mount.ts:33-40）。
